Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major centres: 2–4 business days
  • Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or items are missing, please notify Orbit within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and products where possible.

Although every reasonable effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely, Orbit cannot guarantee that damage or loss will never occur during transit. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve any verified shipping-related claims in accordance with applicable South African law and the courier’s claims process.

Delivery Delays

Orbit is not liable for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
